WHY CLOUD 9 & NOT OUT OF OFFICE?
We've run Cloud 9 for almost 19 years and didn't see the need to set up a seperate company, but with such a detailed and dedicated service, we wanted to set up a seperate website. So it's Out of Office by Cloud 9, hence the contact info and email address, but with the same dedicated service and professional approach we have always had.
Our pricing is a guide only and depening on your specific requests we will tailor make a package to suit you. Enhanced packages that increase either product or postage and packaging costs will be subject to additional charges, but we will offer you a complete breakdown and full transparency to ensure you are aware of the pricing in advance. All packages require pre-payment.
Unless otherwise stated we will use Royal Mail for our deliveries and always aim for a 100% success rate in achieving on time receipt by your team. Please note that we do not accept any liability for failing to reach an employee on time and within schedule when it is out of our control. Postage to employees outside of the mainland UK may be subject to a surcharge.
DIETARY AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
We understand that some members of your team may have specific dietary requirements, personal preferences or beliefs that prevent them from enjoying the same incentive as other colleagues, but we will always offer a suitable alternative to ensure their package is just as enjoyable and rewarding.
